Please arrive a little early to your appointment to find parking. All parking in the front of Building 15 is available for you to park in. Anything that says Yellow Zone is Free parking, please don’t let the sign intimidate you!

All main area restrooms require the code "75201" and press the "uniloq" button after to enter!

Melaskiin Studio is Located in Building 15 in the Pepperell Mills in Biddeford, ME. When you come through the main entrance of Building 15 walk all the way down the hall past the seating area until you see the Melaskiin sign & Posters.

All cancellations and rescheduling can be done through the confirmation text or email you received from my online booking system.

I value my clients' time as well as my own, and I’ve designed my cancellation policy to accommodate both parties.

I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This gives me an opportunity to offer the appointment slot to other clients in need of my services.

In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of 80% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. I appreciate your understanding of the impact of last-minute changes on my schedule and resources.
